Enriching Our Brain Gym® Experience - Two Sessions (1 h30 each) on the nuances of the Brain Gym activities.
We know the activities, how to use them, how to do noticing, pre-activities, and so on. Yet there’s more! Learn about the micromovements that make each Brain Gym activity so effective. Become more conversant with supporting research. Reach for a deeper understanding, a new intelligence, an experience of something unique, because it is here, now...and together. Pre-requisite: Brain Gym® 101 or Brain Gym® 26

The Integrated Movements: Cultivating Our Inner Nature -Two Sessions (1h30 each)
We love Integrated Movements, don't we ? Let's go deeper, together sharing Gail's knowledge and exploring those movements as a journey in the wheel of nature, our own nature. Ideally, you’ll come to this Playshop having taken the pre-requisite of the In Depth class (but still open to everyone).
This Playshop will be held 23rd and the 30th of April 2024, online, in English and French.
The fee for two Brain Gym® Activities Playshops or the two Integrated Movements Playshops is 120€ each, 240€ for the four meetings.

Experience a sequence of safe and simple activities especially for relieving stress. This includes several relaxing Brain Gym movements and a gentle acupressure-tapping technique frequently used to defuse the pain of extreme stress. The 90-minute session is designed to be immediately helpful and can be repeated on your own independently as often as needed afterwards, using the free follow-up materials. Saturdays 10:00 AM Central. Dates and times are negotiable.
