I trained as an Osteopath and Naturopath in the UK and graduated 1996. Since then I added training in Brain Gym (Instructor), Brain Gym Movement Facilitator, Touch for Health, Rhythmic Movement Therapy, TMJ Reset, and Dorn Therapy to my treatment repertoire. I am also working with a small fitness tool called smovey and am a smoveyCOACH. All of these wholistic methods and can help people with pain, stress, learning difficulties, problems at work, general lethargy and feeling stuck. I feel absolutely thrilled when I see that my knowledge and expertise can help and support people to bring out the best in them - be they children or adults.
