For more than 35 years I have helped families and children discover an ease in life by removing obstacles that stand in the way of their happiness. I am a Pediatric Occupational Therapist specializing in working with children and adolescents in my clinic near downtown Sacramento and through distant telehealth via Zoom or FaceTime. My therapy is family-focused with an emphasis upon collaboration on home programs and developing tools that are easily integrated into home routines. I work with kids who have emotional and behavioral challenges, trauma, sensory processing disorders (SPD), attachment disorders and attention challenges.

My unique Occupational Therapy (OT) approach combines Brain Gym®, movement, sensory activities, bodywork and healing trauma through techniques such as: Educational Kinesiology; Sensory Integration; Reflex Integration (MNRI, Rhythmic Movement Training); Craniosacral Therapy; Heart Centered Therapy (Chikley); Zones of Regulation; Therapeutic Listening® and Lymph Drainage.
