My passion for well-being in the fields of human relations, communication and heart-centered living brought me to Brain Gym in 1992, when I became a Licensed Instructor. Since then I’ve offered Brain Gym programs in a wide range of settings:
* classes in public and private schools for improving reading, math, social skills, relational and language skills
* businesses and corporate training for team and productivity change
* adult education at community college level
* private sessions with athletes and adults seeking change with stress and habitual patterns in daily living
* ongoing programs for Seniors at local activity centers

I’m available as a speaker and to travel to your school, conference, and community events. My programs bring the concepts to life through interactive and engaging activities in a safe space to grow new options for daily life.
