Megan Gruner is a passionate educator, ceramic artist, and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in holistic and innovative teaching. Her educational philosophy centers on integrating movement, environmental connections, and multisensory teaching methods to support students' holistic growth and learning potential.
As the founder of Natural Path Arts and Learning, she specializes in academic support through movement-based and multisensory learning techniques that prioritize whole-child development. She holds a teaching certificate in Waldorf Education and has been a class teacher in grades 1 through 8. She is also a certified Brain Gym Facilitator.
With a background in International Development and a deep commitment to environmental education, Megan’s professional journey began with implementing outdoor education and nature conservation programs in rural Colombia. She went on to work with local schools, planting wildlife and edible gardens As well, she has been a curriculum writer for the Outdoor Education Program in the Bluewater School Board. After 15 years as a class teacher she is now embarking on a new journey, working one-on-one with children with learning differences. Her approach seamlessly blends Waldorf pedagogy, Brain Gym methodologies, and experiential learning to create transformative educational experiences.
