Ben has been coaching gymnastics, teaching skiing, and sharing Brain Gym and Touch for Health Balances in the Colorado mountains for well over 20 years. He has a BS Degree in Early Childhood Education, is a fully certified ski instructor through PSIA-RM, was certified in Brain Gym in 2001, and is also trained in Touch for Health and Thought Field Therapy. Ben has been teaching movement of all sorts to all sorts throughout his life. He knows the many benefits of focused movements for the health of Mind and Body.
