I have been doing Brain Gym for twenty years. I work with adults and children covering anything from anxiety, family strife, math and reading issues, and organizational difficulty. I work with clients to find the best goal for their situation.
I’ve taught Brain Gym 101 many times. It’s a fun class with lots of hands on material. Occasionally I’ve traveled to teach.
