I have been a licensed Brain Gym Instructor since 2006. Since then, I have used Brain Gym in my own life - when I teach workshops, and more importantly with preschool age children - for 15 years! I have most recently introduced Brain Gym to a staff of 12 ECE professionals that work in a resource and referral agency. They will all now be incorporating Brain Gym during training breaks for online and in-person workshops and collaboratives. Students, teachers and parents get so much out of using Brain Gym. Our main focus is around stress release, movement and transitions. I enjoy sharing my knowledge of Brain Gym through introductory workshops. The Brain Gym program has always complimented my Physical Education and Special Education degrees.
