Send the personal email template in your Ambassador Kit to colleagues, students, or your professional network. Post on Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn. Drop it in a WhatsApp group. Your kit has copy-paste templates for everything — you just add your code and your personal reason for going.

Get paid after the event.

After BTi Online Connect closes on July 19, we tally your referrals and transfer back to your original payment method — $40 per referral before June 15, $30 per referral after. No paperwork, no follow-up needed. Around August 2, 2026.

The Money Part

How and when
you get paid.

  • 📅
    Refunds processed ~14 days after the event closes — around August 2, 2026. We tally all referrals after July 19.
  • 💳
    Refunded to your original payment method. If your total exceeds what you paid for your ticket, the surplus is sent via PayPal.
  • 📍
    The $40 rate applies based on when your referral completes registration — not when you share your code. Register June 14 = $40. Register June 16 = $30.
  • 🔢
    Your code only counts completed checkouts. If someone uses your code but abandons their registration, it doesn't count.
  • ∞
    No cap at either tier. Refer 1, refer 100 — every single completed registration counts.

Do I have to participate if I received this?

Not at all. The Ambassador Program is completely optional. You can skip this entirely and just show up in July. No pressure, ever.
When do I get my referral code?

Once you\'re registered, simply email us at info@breakthroughsinternational.org — Kari will send your personal Ambassador code within 24 hours.
Does the reward change depending on which ticket my referral buys?

No. You earn the flat rate ($40 or $30) regardless of which ticket tier your referral registers for — whether that's Recording Access at $49 or Full Immersion at $297. The rate depends only on the date they register.
Can I share my code publicly — like on Instagram or LinkedIn?

Yes. Once you have your personal Ambassador code, it's yours to share however you choose — personal email, social posts, WhatsApp, your newsletter, anywhere. The Ambassador Kit has copy-paste templates for each of these.
What if my referrals earn me more than the cost of my ticket?

You keep it all. If your total referral earnings exceed what you paid for your ticket, the surplus is sent to you via PayPal — so you can genuinely come out ahead.
