They are a great place to start and are filled with valuable information that you can begin applying immediately to begin achieving peak performance in any area of your life. However, they have not been officially reviewed, and therefore no credit may be applied towards licensure. Search Upcoming Workshops.

This course focuses on using the Chinese Five Element metaphor patterns in a unique way for safe use with individuals, children and groups by integrating both Developmental Movements and Social Archetypes. Each of the five Archetypes represents certain character strengths. We resource those strengths and discover new patterns for improved relationships, communication and personal growth. Five key movement patterns represent different abilities and developmental phases in our brain/body functions. We learn three basic levels of brain neurology and repatterning with the Five Elements. Developed by Sharon Plaskett, long-time International Faculty for Brain Gym International, this course is now taught by her daughter Token Plaskett, instructor for Touch for Health and Educational Kinesthetics.
